Frequently asked questions
Delete your account
To delete your Fantick account, email privacidad@fantick.io from the address you signed up with, asking for its deletion. It is free.
- We delete your account and your personal data: name, email, phone, ID number and your sign-in.
- Operations the law requires us to keep (sales, payments, tickets and scans) are anonymized: they remain, without your identity.
- If you are on a producer's team, you lose access to its events.
- We reply within 5 business days.
